DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Hong Kong)

•  We ship all domestic orders via SF Express.

•  Free Shipping: Available on orders over HKD $800.

• For orders below HKD $800, you can choose Pay by Receiver with SF Express (到付服務). 

•  Delivery is fast and reliable within Hong Kong, typically arriving within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

SHIPPING TO MACAU, TAIWAN & MAINLAND CHINA

•  All orders to Macau, Taiwan & Mainland China are shipped via SF Express.

•  Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and location.

•  Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after dispatch.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

• All international orders are shipped via Hongkong Post Speedpost.

• Every shipment includes real-time tracking.

• Estimated delivery time is approximately 1 week (often 2–8 working days) from the date of order dispatch.

•  Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country/region and customs clearance procedures.

•  Postage varies by destination country and region.

•  The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping address.

Important Notes for International Shipping

• Please note that additional customs duties, import taxes, and/or clearance fees may be charged upon arrival. These are the sole responsibility of the customer and are NOT included in the shipping cost.
